So delicious! Trying to teach Scandinavians to use the wonderful courgette flowers. We do sell Italian seeds and a variety of courgette that produces only flowers and not courgette.


I have tasted wonderful Ravioli con zucchini da fiore in Rome. Thanks for this receipe. Will be exciting to try it. Looks wonderful eating on the balcony with a glass of Prosecco.
