Looks beautiful! I love pizzocheri so I bet I'd enjoy this pasta as well. And the baking brings it to the next level of comfort...


So true, Frank! The day after we used the left-over, still uncooked buckwheat lasagne sheets we had to make lasagne pizzoccheri style, with bitto cheese, diced potatoes and string beans. They were VERY yummy! :)
